What counts as a 'processed infraction'?
A unique violation record successfully processed into the eTraffica back office — evidence attached, status transitioned, billable workflow complete. The processing fee is not a collections commission and applies whether the fine is collected or not.
How does overage work?
Above your included monthly volume, processed infractions are billed at $1 each — the same rate as Pay-As-You-Go. You get usage alerts at 80%, 100%, and overage thresholds.
Is there a one-time setup fee?
Yes — a separate, transparent setup and onboarding fee covers organisation setup, users, roles, payment gateway configuration, workflow rules, and field/back-office training. Hardware, setup, subscription, overage, and managed services all stay visibly separate on invoices.
What's the support SLA?
Business-hours support is included on Starter and Standard. 24/7 premium support is included on Pro and Unlimited plans. Detailed response and resolution targets are documented in the customer support agreement.
What payment methods are supported for the violator?
Online payment links, mobile money, bank cards, and field POS — through Paystack, Flutterwave, and other regional processors. Settlement reconciliation happens automatically on import.
What's the contract length and how do I cancel?
Cloud SaaS plans run month-to-month with the option to commit annually for a discount (talk to us). On-Premise carries an annual licensing renewal. Either path supports clean exit with data export.
What currencies do you bill in?
USD by default, with local-currency billing available for regional operators. We can also invoice in EUR or GBP for European deployments.
How is On-Premise licensed?
On-Premise Enterprise is licensed annually with a one-time implementation fee. The same software runs on customer infrastructure; pricing is scoped per environment based on expected processed-infraction volume.
